Petar Celik is a Serbian bodybuilder born on December 25, 1949 in Belgrade. He completed elementary and secondary school in Backa Palanka. He was Mister Serbia and Mister Yugoslavia eighteen times, a European Champion three times and a World Champion ten times. He acquired the title of bodybuilding professor in Belgrade in 1998 after acquiring the title of higher coach two years earlier at the Faculty of Physical Culture in Novi Sad. He was an associate professor of bodybuilding at the Higher School for Sports Coaches in Belgrade, he founded the first bodybuilding club in Yugoslavia in 1971 and he currently works as a fitness trainer in the Petar Celik Institute of Pliancy in Novi Sad. In this interview with the Urban Book Circle’s editor-in-chief Djuradj Vujcic, the Father of Serbian Bodybuilding as he is often called spoke about his beginnings, correct nutrition, a healthy way of living and the importance of spiritual and physical.

Dragoslav Sekularac and the 2006 Canadian Soccer League Semi-Final / Video
In this never-before-seen footage, we go back in time to when Djuradj “George” Vujcic of the Urban Book Circle (then at the young age of sixteen) had exclusive access to the 2008 Canadian Soccer League final where the Serbian White Eagles beat the Trois-Rivières Attak after extra time and a tense penalty shootout winning the 2008 CSL championship. Footage filmed on October 26, 2008.
In this exclusive and never-before-seen footage, we go back in time to when Urban Book Circle founder Prvoslav “Pearse” Vujcic (at the time a journalist covering Canadian soccer) filmed the 2006 Canadian Soccer League semi-final where the Serbian White Eagles beat the Windsor Border Stars by a whopping score of 6-1 to advance to the Championship Final. In this video, we get to have a rare behind-the-scenes look at the team, the match itself and the late legend Dragoslav Sekularac coaching from the bench. Footage filmed on October 7, 2006.
